Responsible Gambling
We are committed to safe, controlled play for all Canadian customers. Our goal is to provide clear tools and practical guidance so you can enjoy online casino and sports betting in a way that suits your life and budget. If you ever feel play is becoming a problem, we encourage you to use the controls below or contact our support team for help.
Player protection principles
We believe gambling should be voluntary, affordable and fun. To protect players we offer configurable account controls, identity checks to prevent underage play, and prompt support for customers who ask to limit or stop activity. We review accounts where unusual behaviour is detected and act to keep vulnerable players safe.
Activity-control tools
You can manage your account at any time using the tools in Account settings, or by contacting support at [email protected]. The main options are described below.
Deposit limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control how much you add to your account. You can choose amounts that suit you (for example CA$10 - CA$5,000). Decreasing limits takes effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
Loss limits
Loss limits help cap the amount you can lose over a set period. If you reach your limit, further play will be blocked until the limit resets or you adjust it following the required waiting period.
Time limits and account breaks
Use short time-outs to take a break from play for 24 hours or longer. You can also set session reminders to receive a notification after a set play time so you can pause and reassess.
Self-exclusion
If you need a longer pause, self-exclusion locks your account for a chosen period such as 6 months or longer. During self-exclusion you will not receive promotional messages and your account will remain closed until the exclusion period ends.
Signs of problematic behaviour
- Chasing losses or increasing stakes to win back money

- Difficulty stopping even after deciding to stop
Tips for staying in control
- Set realistic deposit and time limits before you start
- Use session reminders and regular breaks
- Only wager money you can afford to lose
- Keep accounts and finances separate from daily bills
- Talk to someone you trust if gambling is affecting your life
